OneForAll: Feedback - Inclusion Form

How inclusive is your school?

In order to help us with our continuing training and research into inclusion issues we would appreciate it if you could spare a few minutes to fill out our questionnaires. This will help One For All to understand your point of view and enable us to provide a quality service for your benefit.

You can complete the form online (anonymously if you wish, but the name of your school would help to target our services) and submit it directly to our mail box. Alternatively you could print it off and complete it for your own interest.

Thank You!
